I don’t know about you, but it feels like summer has absolutely FLOWN by. It’s hard to believe that in just a few weeks, we’ll be jumping back into the steady routine that back-to-school time brings. Whether you’re soaking up the last few week of summer break or already easing back into the rhythm of school, meal planning can help! *I take Saturday mornings/afternoons “off” and the kids make their own breakfasts and lunches, and we almost always do sandwiches or leftovers on Sunday afternoons. We also eat dinner before our Sunday evening church, so I include what our “theme” for Sunday’s dinner was. 🙂
