Chasing Supermom’s 2 Week Meal Plan: 8/15/22

I don’t know about you, but it feels like summer has absolutely FLOWN by. It’s hard to believe that in just a few weeks, we’ll be jumping back into the steady routine that back-to-school time brings. Whether you’re soaking up the last few week of summer break or already easing back into the rhythm of school, meal planning can help! Save time, money at the store, and escape that “what on earth am I making for dinner?!” feeling.

Ready for another 2-week meal plan that features not only dinner ideas, but breakfasts and lunches too? Here we go and happy planning everyone!

*I take Saturday mornings/afternoons “off” and the kids make their own breakfasts and lunches, and we almost always do sandwiches or leftovers on Sunday afternoons. We also eat dinner before our Sunday evening church, so I include what our “theme” for Sunday’s dinner was. 🙂

Lunch: Sandwiches or Left-overs
Dinner: Taco Bar

Breakfast: Egg & Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich
Lunch: Tortilla Pizza
Dinner: Steak Gyros w/ Pasta Salad
Monday:
Breakfast: Waffles
Lunch: Turkey Sandwiches w/ veggies
Dinner: Mississippi Chicken w/ Mashed Potatoes & Mexican-Roasted Zucchini
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Cherry Smoothies
Lunch: PBJ w/ crackers
Dinner: 5 Cheese Ziti Al Forno w/ carrots and green beans
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Blueberry Muffins
Lunch: Nachos
Dinner: Copycat IHOP Pancakes
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Muffins
Lunch: Hot Dogs
Dinner: Pork Loin w/ Roasted Ranch Potatoes and Broccoli
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Coffe Cake
Lunch: Macaroni
Dinner: Italian Stuffed Spiral Meatloaf, Hashbrown Casserole, w/ Fruit Salad
Thursday:
Breakfast: Pancakes
Lunch: Buttered Noodles
Dinner: Cashew Chicken w/ Rice
Thursday:
Breakfast: Cereal or Oatmeal
Lunch: Taco Salad
Dinner: Teriyaki Chicken w/ Rice and Corn
Friday:
Breakfast: Blueberry Bagels
Lunch: Chicken Wraps
Dinner: Homemade Pizza
Friday:
Breakfast: Banana Bread
Lunch: Super Pretzels
Dinner: Deli Subs w/ chips and fruit
